In Downtown Sugar Hill, we’ve created distinctive spaces that blend together seamlessly to serve the artistic and adventurous needs of our community. At the heart of it all is the E Center which provides entertainment, dining and shopping, the Sugar Hill gym and dazzling Eagle Theatre. With its art deco style, 1920s geometric shapes, rich colors, and gold accents, this theatre pays homage to the early days of Sugar Hill. All films will be presented in the Eagle Theatre, so come experience the magic yourself! Workshops, Q&A’s, and educational sessions will be hosted in the E Center.

On your downtime, take a walk across the street to the Sugar Hill Art Gallery and History Museum for a lesson on all things Sugar Hill. During happy hour, enjoy a craft cocktail from Indio Brewing or Sugar Hill Distillery and a bite to eat from Knuckies or Central City Tavern. Be sure not to miss your morning coffee at Rushing Trading Co. Then, celebrate your film with an ice cream cone from Scoops or dessert from Rivermill Bakery while out on the Promenade.
