A serial thief cons people by applying to roommate ads, learning their routine, then robbing them blind. is a mom, Writer-director, actor, and showrunner who’s shaped series, features, live shows, and content for Mattel, Disney, PassionFlix, and Comic-Con.

Emmanuel Nkolo
is a filmmaker with over 7 years of experience in directing and producing across film/TV, commercials, and music videos. With a strong background in managing all stages of production, He thrives on turning ideas into cinematic reality while fostering collaboration with his production company, Public School Films.

Marti King
is a dynamic screenwriter, director, and producer with extensive experience in TV and film. Currently assisting Emmy-nominated Executive Producer Ellen Marie Blum on ABC’s WILL TRENT, she has collaborated with top talents like Sheryl Anderson (SWEET MAGNOLIAS) and James Wan (ANNABELLE COMES HOME). Marti’s award-winning film THE ADVENTURES OF WONDERBOY champions inclusion, earning Telly Awards. A passionate advocate for diversity, she mentors screenwriters and has been featured in Cinewomen for her impact on women in film

Will adhering closely to the cult’s teachings help them finally achieve perfection, or will they need to learn more about themselves – and each other?

This heartfelt documentary celebrates the journey of one of Georgia’s most impactful organizations, a place where adults with developmental disabilities find not only care and friendship but also a community built on dignity and empowerment.
The Path
A disenchanted son, battling inner demons, strays from a hiking path, falling victim to a mysterious flask’s allure. Haunted by hallucinations and pursued by unsettling figures, he stumbles upon a wise man with a shared dark past.
Guided by the wise man’s lessons, the son reunites with his father. United in their love for nature, they find solace in the beauty of a bamboo forest. The son, transformed and empowered, vows to assist others on their journey, marking a poignant resolution.

Katy Morecraft
journey began in Louisiana in 2015, where she worked as a seamstress on “Salem.” Then moving to ATL, her drive and dedication soon led to positions on major productions like “Kevin Probably Saves the World”, “Watchmen” and “Greenleaf,” where she quickly rose through the ranks to become an Assistant Locations Manager and later a Key Assistant Locations Manager. Katy was ABC’s Will Trents full time scout for season 2, and now moved to managing smaller vertical projects for overseas clients.

Chuck Porterfield
was a Northside Hospital baby raised in Lawrenceville, Georgia. His love for motion pictures led him to pursuing a degree in Film and Video from Georgia State University. After making a number of amateur films, working in a video store, and briefly following employment in call centers and professional wrestling he found his way into the film and television industry. Describing his early job as “scrubbing the toilets of the stars” Chuck pursued a career in the Locations Department. His credits include work on “Star” for Fox, “Legacies” for CW and “Teacup” for Peacock. He lives in Atlanta with his wife Taylor and a pair of canine rascals named Reba and Mojo.

Mela Rayne-Fernandez
first feature, Tiger Lily, donated proceeds to a cancer foundation, showcasing her dedication to impactful storytelling. In 2012, Mela joined the location department for Devious Maids, launching a 16-year career with over 47 credits on major productions like A Man in Full, Will Trent, They Cloned Tyrone, and Landscape with Invisible Hand. Recent projects include Flowervale Street and Marvel’s Thunderbolts, both releasing in 2025. As a skilled Location Manager, Mela ensures seamless collaboration between production teams and communities. Currently, she’s working on an HBO series, continuing to showcase her expertise in the industry.

Stunts Workshop
WITH JEFF MAYFIELD
Jeff has been a professional stunt performer for the past 10 years. Over the years he has worked on several live stunt shows and has appeared in various film and television titles such as Scream 5, The Winchesters, Legacies, and Panhandle. In addition to his on camera career, he has founded “Crash Pad Stunts”, a company that rents and develops stunt equipment and action design for productions of all sizes.

Erik Lingvall
is a winner of Backstage’s Reader’s Choice Award for Atlanta’s Favorite Acting Coach, Erik Lingvall brings nearly two decades of experience guiding talent nationwide. As founder of Catapult Acting Studios, he’s a go-to coach for TV/Film actors in the Southeast. Erik is also a writer, producer, public speaker, and podcast host of The Unscene Work. His clients have appeared in high-profile projects like “Wednesday,” “Ozark,” “Cobra Kai,” “Euphoria,” and “The Walking Dead,” among many others, emphasizing his commitment to helping actors enjoy the journey as much as the destination.

Arhley Brazoban
is an east-coaster raised in New Jersey, the arts have always surrounded Arhley. He graduated from AMDA, and participated in projects in Los Angeles, and Atlanta. These projects include Face Mask, and STARZ’s Minx. Arhley has also appeared in commercials for brands such as Geico, Hidden Valley Ranch, and Secret. Arhley credits his “never too afraid to look silly” energy for his success and growth. Oh and he’s also fluent in Spanish!

Rocco Shapiro
is a filmmaker with experience in narrative and commercial storytelling. His award-winning shorts have screened at Oscar-qualifying festivals, and he’s directed and edited commercials seen by millions of viewers. Known for his comedic and honest passion projects with his production company, Reel Friends, Rocco is currently in development on his debut feature.

Micaela Dee
has directed immersive theater since 2017 and currently directs shows for American Immersion Theater in Times Square. She also runs a troupe of 100 actors who perform in 1,000+ shows annually. Micaela has been featured on NBC’s New York Live and Times Square Chronicles, and will host a panel at BroadwayCon this February. With extensive experience in auditions, she’s excited to share her insights from a director’s perspective at the 2025 Broad St. Film Festival.

Samuel is a Nigerian-American filmmaker, entrepreneur, and visual storyteller with over eight years of experience. A University of Georgia graduate and Georgia Film Academy alumnus, he has worked with major studios like Disney and Warner Brothers. As the founder of Moonlight Grip Truck, Samuel has collaborated with clients such as Coca-Cola and the U.S. Air Force. Based in Atlanta, he is developing CrossFade, a horror short film delving into identity, seduction, and transformation.
